1. The Company’s dividend policy adheres to the principles of stability and non-dilution of share capital, aiming to reward investors primarily through high cash dividends. The dividend policy stipulated in the Company’s Articles of Incorporation is as follows:
As the Company operates in a mature industry, its dividend policy incorporates a combination of cash dividends, stock dividends from earnings, and stock dividends from capital surplus.From the distributable earnings of the current fiscal year, after deducting the statutory surplus reserve and special surplus reserve, at least 50% shall be distributed, with cash dividends given priority.The combined total of stock dividends from earnings and stock dividends from capital surplus shall not exceed 50% of the total dividends distributed in that year.
